Can I change my address after my order has been placed?
Please make sure you shipping information is correct. Once order is confirmed we can no longer make any changes.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be delivered within 1-3* business days after order has been confirmed.
*Expect Delays during the holidays or special events (such as new launches and discounts).
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to Guatemala City and Guatemala Departments. If you're visiting from outside our area, know that we are currently working on bringing Makenna to you.

How can I know your products are safe?
